Co-Founder
Paula has 20 years of experience in wind, solar, and offshore wind energy across the Americas. As former SVP Offshore North America for Mainstream, Paula developed and led the NA offshore wind business. She created and led the multi-national and multi-disciplinary team of development professionals that participated in BOEM’s New York Bight and California offshore wind lease auctions.
She held industry leadership roles as Founding member and Board Chair Offshore Wind California (OWC), Board Member of Oceantic (previously the Business Network for Offshore Wind ‘BNOW’) and Offshore Wind Council Member of America Clean Power (ACP).

Co-Founder
Katherine led the bid preparation and auction participation for the New York Bight offshore wind lease auction. She led a team of 20 across the JV partners covering all development workstreams, and a budget of $1.5 million. She successfully obtained a $750 million bidding approval from the board.
With over 7 years of experience in energy markets, her expertise was key in the BOEM NYB and California lease auctions to articulate the value of offshore wind for each region to stakeholders, investigating key factors such as price curves, load growth, generation mix, and state and inter-state transmission.
